Dear fellow Dharma recruits,

The fifth season premiere is only hours away. Be forewarned, we are hosting the clip show that proceeds it at 8/7 central.

With the show's imminent launch, it's been very busy here in the LOST offices. Last week we attended the TCA (Television Critics Association) press tour. We did a lot of interviews there, which you'll probably see this week, and we showed them episode three. (They'd already seen episodes one and two via ABC.)

We are also working on breaking the last five episodes, writing episodes twelve and thirteen, production is shooting eleven, we're editing seven, eight, nine and ten, and on the post end of things we are finishing the CG work, ADR, sound and mixing on episodes four, five and six.

So this is a round-about way of saying we didn't have a chance to prepare a video for you this week. We hope you'll understand. However, we will be back. In fact it's our hope to fire off to you guys a DSA video update about once a month as the season progresses.

We really appreciate your continued support, and we hope you enjoy the premiere.

Hello Dharma Friends,

In less than a week, LOST season 5 premieres! You're hopefully excited. We're heavily medicating ourselves to overcome our anxiety.

What you'll be seeing on premiere night is, first, a special clip show designed to get you back up to speed after our eight months off the air. The clip show is followed by episodes one and two of this season. While we did not write them to air as a two hour block, we are happy that you are getting to see both episodes on the first night. Episode one entitled "Because You Left" picks up where the finale left off, and the second episode "The Lie" is a Hurley-centric episode. Honestly, we're very excited for you to see them.

Speaking of the Hurley episode, this week we've got a special sneak peak at a scene from that episode just for you.

We've also put together some photos from a recent photo shoot set to the music Michael Giacchino wrote specially for our 2008 Comic-Con appearance. (Actually, we didn't put them together, but our awesome DSA team did -- and a good job they did, too.)

Hello!

Regarding the Ajira Origami Instructions, I found a quite helpful YouTube video explaining how to create the paper ball. The steps are in big part similar with the ones shown on the Ajira website, beside this, after creating the ball and reading the GUM word (if an Ajira ticket printed paper was used), "Mr. G", from the video, transforms the ball into a "Jet Engine". :)

Hey All,
Well ever since the new Ajira Airways site has been updated many of you have been cracking away at it knowing that there has to be more than just one hidden screencap in the commercial.

Quite quickly many were trying combination after combination of potential destinations and dates in the "Flights" section of the site.

Of course, if you combine ALL of the clues and input them in the correct areas of the "Select a Flight" area, well you are one step closer to the solution.

What are those clues you ask!?

First, thanks to everyone who has worked very hard and for those that have sent this in (Porot, Maladylis, and everyone else).

Ok here is what you have to do...

So on the flights page enter the following:
1) One Way
2) From: Los Angeles, CA
3) To: Guam (From Origami Solution)
4) Departing: 1/21/2009 (S5 Premiere date and Hidden in Commercial)
5) Flight #316 11:30am (Flt 316 also Hidden in Commercial)
6) Adults: 10
7) Children: 0
8) Promotional Code: 112114111109111 (This is the number on the Sky Club Card and the numbers can be converted to say "PROMO")

Now, if you enter all this correctly, an actual seating chart of a Ajira Airways Flight 316 will pop up. You can then click on the individual seats to uncover very quick flashes of images. Now, these flashes reveal some minor spoilers for Season 5, so if you do not like spoilers, then do not view them.

NOTE: Some of the images have also already been revealed in the Dharma Special Access Videos. Once you uncover all of the images the next seat you select will be the seat you can book!! You can then print out your own boarding pass to Guam!!
